Regulation 704 requires homeowners insurance companies with more than .01 percent of the homeowners multiple peril insurance market in Delaware to complete an annual survey of insurance rates. Regulation 704 was finalized February 11, 2007.

Each company that is required to complete the 2008 homeowners insurance rate survey must use a login name and password to access an online account with the department. The company will use this account to enter basic company information online (including the required email address for rate quote requests per Regulation 704) and to download and later upload the survey spreadsheet for publication.
