Arrowpoint Capital Corp. et al. have filed an application with the Delaware Department of Insurance to acquire Royal Indemnity Company, Security Insurance Company of Hartford, Guaranty National Insurance Company and Royal Surplus Lines Insurance Company. Incidental to that application is the application to merge Guaranty National Insurance Company into Security Insurance Company of Hartford.
