NON-RESIDENT RENEWAL NOTICE: FEES DUE BY FEBRUARY 28, 2011
All non-resident licensees (individuals and business entities) were required to be renewed by February 28, 2011. Renewal fees may still be paid online at:
www.nipr.com
Please Note: NIPR is unable to process Adjuster licensees who are not licensed in their home state. Non-resident Adjusters who are not licensed in their home state are required to submit a hard copy renewal application and forward to the Department along with a check. Please click here for an Adjuster renewal application.
All other license types must renew online. No checks or hard copy renewal applications will be accepted for any other license type. Any renewals/checks received hard copy (other than the Adjuster License Type) will be returned and the license will not be renewed.
The fee due at this time is double the renewal fee plus an administrative penalty of $200.
Licensing Attachment Warehouse
If a licensee answers “Yes” to one or more Background Questions, supporting documentation may be attached online through NIPR’s Licensing Attachment Warehouse at the following link: https://www.nipr.com/docMgmt/ The Electronic Attachment Warehouse eliminates the need to fax or mail the supporting documentation.
Address Changes: Individuals may change their address online at: www.nipr.com Business entities must submit a Form 2C and either fax (302-736-7906) or email to the Department.
Cancellation of License: Should you choose not to renew, you must notify the Department in writing. Please submit a signed request in writing and either fax (302-736-7906) or email to the Department. Licensees who fail to renew, without informing the Department of cancellation, will be subject to Administrative Action.
