2011 Non-Resident Suspensions

The listings below contain the names of those individuals and business entities who have failed to pay their Delaware license renewal fee by February 28, 2011.

Company Action Required:
Please review the listing and terminate the licensees appointed with your company. The Department has already terminated the appointments from our records. A listing of your company's current appointments may be requested in writing for a fee of $5.00. Please include company name, FEIN, and e-mail address. The listing will be forwarded to you electronically in Excel format.

Request for Reinstatement Renewal Payment:
To access the on-line renewal application, click here. Instructions will appear to assist the licensee in entering a Username and Password. The Username and Password appeared on the Order of Suspension that was sent to the licensee in March. If the licensee has no record of the Username and Password, they may contact the Department at: 302-674-7390.

The amount of payment due at this time includes a penalty of double the renewal fee. Request for reinstatement must be made on or before September 1, 2011. Thereafter, all suspended licensees will be required to pay double the renewal fee and an Administrative Fine of $200.00. Requests for reinstatement will be accepted until February 28, 2012. Thereafter, all suspended licensees will be required to reapply for licensure. The applicant will be required to retake the exam(s), pay the applicable licensing fee, and pay an Administrative Fine of $200.00.
