Public Adjuster Notice
On July 17, 2003, Governor Ruth Ann Minner signed into law House Bill 280 relating to the licensing of Public Adjusters.   Click here to view a copy of House Bill 280 that references the licensing requirements, bond requirements and duties for Public Adjusters.

Public Adjuster license Applications (Form 2A-Individual and Form 2B-Business Entity) are available through our website.  A fee of $75 is required.
