House Bill 196 was signed into effect on June 14, 2005 requiring that automobile club representatives who solicit memberships in such clubs shall be required to register as licensees of the Department of Insurance.  The following is required in order to apply for a Limited Lines Producer License with an Automobile Club Line of Authority:

• Individual

  • Complete a Form 2A

  • Pay the $75 fee

  • Criminal Background Check from home State Police Department

   

• Business Entity

  • Complete a Form 2B

  • Pay the $75 fee
