With the closing of bank lockbox operations effective December 31, 2008, the Department no longer offers Electronic Funds Transfer as a premium tax payment option.  All companies are encouraged to participate in the OPTins online premium tax filing program, which allows for immediate and secure payment using the ACH debit format.  Contact the NAIC at www.optinshelp@naic.org for more information.
