Risk Purchasing Groups

All Purchasing Groups must complete the Annual form.  Effective July 2001, all Risk Purchasing Groups registered to do business in the State of Delaware must file an annual premium tax and fees report and pay an annual renewal fee of $50.  Please follow all instructions carefully.

New Purchasing Groups must submit a completed Information form in order for Premium Tax and Fees records to be updated.
