PLEASE NOTE:  Effective 7/12/01, Title 18, Delaware Code, §701 was amended to raise fees to make the amounts charged commensurate with service provided by the Department of Insurance. Annual Continuation fees for Certificate of Authority were raised from $50 to $100.  In addition, Non-admitted Surplus Lines and/or Accredited Reinsurers, RRG, and RPG companies are now required to pay an annual renewal fee of $50.  These forms have been updated to reflect these changes.  For more information, please visit the Delaware General Assembly home page.
