New Delaware Domestic insurers and unauthorized Foreign insurers seeking admission for the purpose of redomesticating to Delaware may file a UCAA Primary Application supplemented with forms and information from Delaware State Specific List.

Foreign insurers seeking to do business in Delaware may file a UCAA Expansion Application, supplemented with forms and information from the Delaware State Specific List.

The UCAA Primary and UCAA Expansion Applications are available from the NAIC's website.

NOTE:  All UCAA Primary and Expansion applications must be filed in hard copy form and submitted to the Department until further notice.
